TSA (Telecare Services Association)
We are a member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA), a not-for-profit membership based organisation. The TSA has almost 350 members from local authorities, housing associations and private sector suppliers.
The TSA code of practice is a bench mark accreditation for telecare control centres to ensure that all services carried out are reliable, consistent and continuous for people using telecare.
We have successfully achieved accreditation of the TSA code of practice for the last 3 years. |
