Who's who - staff at Careline
Careline is led by Tanya Grant, general manager. Tanya has been a senior manager with Magna since 1995 and took responsibility for MCL in 2006. In November 2011, Tanya was appointed as a non-executive director of the National Executive of the TSA for Service Providers for England. The appointment is for three years.
Tanya is supported by Emma Jones, operations manager and Jane Davies, personal secretary. Emma has responsibility for the day to day operational aspects of the business and is line manager for the two Careline supervisors and MCL’s telecare Advisory / installation team.
Our Careline supervisors Adele Walker and Gary Elkington manage a team of fully trained and experienced full and part time operators, as well as a bank of locally-based casual operators who are also all fully trained and experienced. This enables the flexibility to upscale the service at very short notice for any period of time.
Careline's team of telecare advisors / installers are split between our head office in Dorchester (covering Dorset and surrounding area) and our regional office in Oxfordshire, based at Long Hanborough (covering our existing and new customers in the West Oxfordshire area).
Careline’s office manager, Victoria Hope, has responsibility for the back office administration and finance team.
