Our operators are trained to monitor security equipment of every shape and size, from smoke detectors, carbon monoxide sensors and temperature extreme sensors to intruder alarms, fire alarm panels, lifts, automatic keysafes and door entry systems.

We take this responsibility very seriously and have invested heavily, not just in a highly resilient calls handling infrastructure, but also in quality procedures and standards.  

Our commitment has been recognised by the Telecare Services Association (TSA), who accredit MCL with the TSA Code of Practice Parts 1 and 2.  Our audits have been achieved without the receipt of any follow-up notices or actions.  

Our procedures reflect the 2009 TSA Code of Practice and our performance is monitored against these criteria and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). An independent consultant works with us to ensure our ongoing compliance and good practice.  Our first TSA Audit under the new code of practice will take place during April 2010.
