Our procedures comply with the 2009 TSA Code of Practice and our performance is monitored against these criteria and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). An independent consultant works with us to ensure our ongoing compliance and good practice.  Our first TSA Audit under the new code of practice took place during April 2010. 

We are an accredited member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA), having successfully achieved accreditation to the 2009 Code of Practice.
