At Magna Careline Ltd (MCL) we pride ourselves in bringing peace of mind to our customers.
By providing a 24 hour personal emergency monitoring service, we assist our 6,500 plus customers from across the South West to live independently in their own homes. Help is always at hand with our control centre being staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by friendly and helpful staff.
MCL stands out from many of our competitors especially since achieving accreditation to the Telecare Services Association (TSA) Code of Practice. This accreditation is a tremendous accolade, with approximately 300 centres in the UK delivering telecare services, fewer than a third have achieved accreditation to date. So as a current or future customer you can be reassured of the high standard of service that you can expect to receive from MCL and know that you can always depend on it in the event of an emergency.
We use the latest technology that enables us to run our control centre efficiently and we provide a range of telecare accessories to suit all customers’ needs.
All in all MCL prides itself in the high level of care to anyone who feels they need some extra support for whatever reason, either on a temporary or permanent basis. Equipment can be purchased or rented to suit the customer.
